All of our sites, with the exception of Hartfields Medical Centre, have no steps or inclines and their entrances are level with the ground allowing wheel chair access.  There is an access ramp & stairs at the end of the car park at Hartfields Medical Centre

There are manual double doors to entrances at McKenzie House and Throston Medical Centre which may require some assistance for wheelchair users. Victoria Medical Centre, Wynyard Road Medical Centre and Hartfields Medical Centre are all fitted with automatic doors.

There is a loop system in reception at all sites for patients with hearing problems (except Throston Medical Centre).

All premises have accessible toilet facilities available. 

Car parking facilities are availalbe at all sites, though some car parks are council run and fees may apply.
