NHS App

You can now download the NHS app to access the following features;

book and manage appointments at your GP surgery
order repeat prescriptions
select a nominated pharmacy
get health information and advice
access NHS 111 online directly
ask your GP for advice (via eConsult)
view your medical record securely (once approved by GP surgery)
view your NHS number
verify your identity

The NHS App online can also be used to access services on your desktop or laptop computer, through your web browser, if you do not have a smartphone.

If you do not wish to register via the NHS app, please contact the practice where we will be able to set you up for basic online access. This includes booking appointments, ordering prescriptions, selecting a nominated pharmacy, changing your contact details and accessing parts of your health records. All you need is a valid email address, following the confirmation of your personal details.

If you already use McKenzie Group Practice online services you can continue to use them. You can use the NHS App as well, the services automatically link.
